It is like getting woken up from a bad dream. We have woken up, all worked up, frightened and sweating. For a while we have to stay awake, to come to terms with the reality, to understand the nightmare.
But like every other night, there is a chance that the sleep might engulf us all again. Especially if one is tired.
But then if you are tired after a satisfying hard worked day, you tend to sleep well, without bad dreams. its quite a confusing loop.
one thing is clear though, someone or should I say, most of us have been sleeping our sleeps without a honest hard working day behind us. and then we blame the dreams for disturbing our sleep. May be we haven’t earned that sleep.
